In the double tank and fish tank, expanded perlite with nitrogen as the carrier gas, filling in vacuum environment. The gas pressure range in the vacuum pumped storage tank interlayer is about 10~40 mu Hg abs. In this state, the thermal conductivity is 1/20 under normal pressure, so the cold preservation performance increased by 20 times.

     Can be used as filter, catalyst, molecular sieve and carrier of rubber, chemical fertilizer and pesticide. Widely used in construction, metallurgy, petroleum, machinery, light industry, water and electricity, casting, medicine, food, agriculture, forestry, horticulture and other departments. Constant temperature coefficient of thermal conductivity 0.0245 ~ 0.048W/ (m * K), high temperature coefficient of heat conductivity of ~ 0.175W/ (M ~ K), low temperature thermal conductivity of 0.028 ~ 0.038W/ (m * K), the maximum use temperature of 800 degrees C. Used as high efficiency heat preservation and cold keeping filling material.

    The expanded perlite is perlite ore by preheating, an internal expansion made of instantaneous high temperature calcined honeycomb white granular materials. The principle is: Perlite ore crushing the formation of a certain size of ore, after preheating, rapid heating (more than 1000 DEG C), vaporization of water in tailings, expansion in the softening of the glass containing ore, the formation of porous structure of non-metallic mineral products volume expansion of 10-30 times. According to the technology and expanded perlite use divided into three forms: open hole (open cell) (closed, cell), obturator hollow hole (balloon).
